The first Stubben Saddle workshop was created in 1894, when Johannes Stubben and his wife Maria bought a house in Ostwall - "The Boulevard of Krefeld".
Saddle fitments are as follows:
S = Jumping.
VSS = All purpose, with emphasis on short leather riding such as jumping.
VSD = All purpose, with emphasis on long leather riding such as dressage.
D = Dressage.

G = Larger flap for longer legged riders.
CS = Half deep, slightly wider seat, square cantle, forward flap, front block.
II = Flat seat, square cantle, forward flap.
DL = High wide knee roll on dressage and VSD type saddles to give better suppport. |
